NCover1.5.4: Objet Reference not set to an instance of an object

This is the message what I get, if it takes more than sufficient time to test a code.( within1 minute approx.).

Is there any time constraint if a bigger code-block is tested? Please help me out...

also, If someone can help me find the source code of NCover 1.5.4......

Yup - you are not the first to be confused and likely won't be the last either. Ignore the SourceForge project, it has long since died - here at NCover.org is the one you are after.
