Profiler connection not established error - CMD

I have a strange problem where I am getting the dreaded "profile process terminated. Profiler connection not established." error trying to use NCover

There are a lot of hints about how to resolve this problem. Most mention registering coverlib.dll

However, in my case coverlib.dll is registered

What do I do now?

I am running Windows XP with full local admin rights

The NCover explorer does work, I need to get the command line version to work
