NCoverExplorer.Console.exe weak documentation

Hi Grant,

I needed some iterations to get the NCoverExplorer.Console running. In fact I forgot the ":" after the options.

I would welcome some usage examples in the "how to" output to make it fool proof ;-)

Furtermore I would expect some hints if anything is wrong. E.g. if I pass an unknown argument "/r4" no error occurs and the options seems to be ignored.
