Provide a better way to use //iis under NAnt/MSBuild

Please see this thread for background. The //iis switch is very useful, but fairly tricky to use in an automated build environment.

I have used NCover on an AMD x64 / Win Xp x64 prof / VS 2005 / .Net 2.0 enviornment with no problems whatsoever. I highly recommend TestDriven.Net and MbUnit, which were the other componets of my test enviornment/
